Health & Wellbeing Clubs
Eligibility criteria applies / Costs vary per club / Throughout Renfrewshire
We operate a network of clubs throughout Renfrewshire that are designed to provide an opportunity to meet people, socialise and laugh, whilst investing in your physical and mental health through our wellbeing programmes. A number of our clubs include a light lunch or refreshment, and provide a safe space to make connections in your community.
Craft Club
£4 / Tannahill Centre / Tuesday 10.30-12.30pm
You’re never too old to learn a new skill. This is a creative solution to reducing isolation and loneliness amongst older adults aged 60+. It offers members a safe, social and creative environment where they can learn new skills, renew social networks and reconnect with their communities. A tutor is on hand to offer advice and information. There is a £4 charge which includes tea and biscuits.
Men’s Club

Come for the banter. Sometimes we just like to be with our cronies. Aimed at older men, this group offers a range of activities at the West End Community Centre in Paisley. The cost is £3 to cover tea and biscuits. In the short term we will not be running any trips or outings.
