Salary: £50,000 pro rata (£30,000 for P/T hours)
Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days)

About Us
Roar Connections for Life is a well established Scottish charity supporting older adults across Renfrewshire to live active, connected and independent lives.
Through a wide range of services including health and wellbeing clubs, exercise programmes, befriending, digital support and prevention services, we work every day to reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing and empower people to age well.
About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring and values driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation into its next phase of growth and impact.
As CEO, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction
- Deliver our 2025 to 2028 strategic plan
- Strengthen partnerships across health, social care and the community
- Ensure financial sustainability and organisational growth
- Lead and support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers
- Champion the needs and voices of older adults

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven leadership experience, ideally within the third sector, health or community services
- Is a strong communicator with the ability to build partnerships and influence change
- Is passionate about improving the lives of older people
- Has experience in strategic planning, funding and organisational development
- Can lead with empathy, integrity and purpose
