Are you a caring, people-focused individual looking to make a real difference? Roar is expanding our Footcare Service, and we’re looking for the right person to cover a 9-12 month leave of absence to take on the role of our Footcare Facilitator and lead our footcare team:
What the Role Involves:
- Managing our high-demand Footcare Service and supporting a dedicated team of volunteers and staff.
- Footcare – there will be busy times when you need to work as a technician and trim toenails – No experience? Don’t worry! The right attitude is more important to us, not necessarily the experience, footcare technician training will be given to the right person.
- Flexibility to manage your own time, with options for home working when clinics aren’t running
Who We’re Looking For:
⭐A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help
⭐Some management experience.
⭐Willingness to pick up skills along the way – if you have the right attitude, we’ll support you!
Join a friendly, supportive, living wage team with flexible working options for 25 hours a week (covering a 9-12 month period).
